The new Email Invoicing feature in QuickBooks 2015 for PC is now available. If you previously used the Intuit Payment Network and have upgraded to QuickBooks 2015 or have been waiting to upgrade until the new QuickBooks Payments Account feature was available – IT IS HERE. Update QuickBooks 2015 to the R5 update, released today, to take advantage of these payment options for your customers/clients!
- Choose what payment type(s) you want to accept from specific customers: credit cards, Bank Transfers (ACH), or both.
- Allow your customers to view the invoice online, which automatically updates to ensure correct amounts are always shown. Customers can click a “Pay Now” button to pay you online – instantly.
- Get email notifications whenever a payment is made. Once funded, a payment will show up in your Deposits so you can apply it against an invoice and marked as paid.
